【摘要】 目前中国的乡村经济运行隐含着很大的债务风险。对西部某地乡村债务所做的实证分析表明:要从根本上解决这个问题,必须有相应的政治体制、经济体制的重大变革。

【Abstract】 Significant debt risk was hidden in the countryside economy operation in China.The experience from some countryside in west of China showed that: to deal with such problem,the institution innovation on political and economic systems is necessary.
