【Abstract】 People have been showing concern for the studies on teacher stress since the researches arose in the west in 1930s.This paper briefly introduces the research fruits of western countries in this field from the aspects of the concept,influence,source and coping strategy of teacher stress.Learning for the research fruits,this paper puts forward suggestions about researches on teacher stress and coping strategies of teacher stress.更多还原
