磁共振3D-FIESTA序列对L1~L5脊神经解剖的研究
Anatomical Study of Lumbosacral Spinal Nerves by Using 3D-FIESTA MRI
【摘要】 目的:探讨磁共振3D-FIESTA序列显示腰骶脊神经的价值。材料和方法:无脊柱或脊髓异常的健康受试者45例,年龄27~65岁。用GE1.5TMRI机做3D-FIESTA脊柱扫描,参数:TR=4.2~6.2ms,TE=2.0~3.0ms,TI=113~131,带宽=125.0kHz,层厚=1mm,重叠0.5mm扫描;矩阵=384×224。范围从T12至骶部。在AW4.0工作站上用MPVR方式重建脊神经,观察脊神经的显示,并测量其走行角度及其断面直径。结果:L1~L5脊神经主干均可清晰显示,脊神经节后段表现为高信号包绕的低信号线条影。L1~L5脊神经第3级分支的显示率分别为0、0、100%、91%和100%。双侧脊神经之间的走行角度或直径无显著差异。结论:3D-FIESTA序列可良好地显示腰骶脊神经的解剖。
【Abstract】 To study the value of MR three-dimensional fast imaging employing steady-state acquisition (3D FIESTA) sequence in the demonstration of lumbosacral spinal nerves.Materials and Methods: 45 healthy subjects aged 27~65 years and without abnormal spine and spinal cord were included. MR 3D FIESTA sequence scans were performed from the diaphragm to the sacrum with following parameters: TR/TE 4.2~6.2ms/2.0~3.0ms, TI 113~131ms, bandwidth 125.0kHz, thickness 1mm, overlap 0.5mm, Matrix 384×224. The original data of 3D FIESTA was transmitted to GE AW 4.0 workstation to reconstruct spinal nerves by using multiplanar volume reconstruction(MPVR).The demonstrations, orientation angles and diameters of spinal nerves and its branches on MPVR images were noted. Results: L1~L5 spinal nerve trunks could be demonstrated well on MPVR images. The segments of the nerves posterior to the ganglions were seen as low signal line surrounded by high signal intensity. 0, 0, 100%, 91%and 100%of the third order of branches of L1~L5 spinal nerves could also be demonstrated, respectively. The orientation angles or diameters of the nerves were not significantly different between the left and right sides. Conclusion: 3D-FIESTA sequence can well demonstrate the anatomy of lumbosacral spinal nerves.
