【摘要】 通过分析现役焦炉喷补设备存在的缺陷及产生粉尘飞扬的原因,得知材料密封性能的好坏对这些不足有直接的影响。根据工作现场经常出现的密封问题,引入了加压料仓,由于加压料仓是密封的,会造成喷补料悬浮在空中,使喷补料不能进入喷吹轨道而无法修补烧蚀的耐火砖,为解决此问题采用从料仓的顶部引入减压空气的方法,这样既能使粉尘无法溢出又能使粉尘处在自然下降环境中,不会因料仓的密封环境而影响粉尘的下降速度,从根本上解决了喷补机污染环境的问题。并完成了喷补机的密封设备和孔洞式料位计的相应改进,并推导了自然条件下设备的生产率的计算公式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the limitation of the spray repair equipment of coke oven and the reason of the arising of dust flowing.It is sure that the seal ability has a direct impact to these.According to the seal problems arising in work practice,this paper introduced the high pressure silo,but it is sealed,spray repair material will flow in the air and can not get into the spray way to repair the ablative fire brick.To solve the problem the paper adopts the method that it puts the low pressure air into the high pressure silo through the top of it.In this way,the dust can not spill over and can fall down naturally,the method solves the problem basically.At last,the paper completes the advanced design of spray repair equipment and the hole material level detection unit,and deduces the productivity formula under nature conditions.更多还原
