三甲氧苯基荧光酮分光光度法同时测定钢铁中钛和锡
Simultaneous determination of titanium and tin in steels with trimethoxyphenlyfluorone by spectrophotometry
【摘要】 在pH 2.5的氯乙酸-氯乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,表面活性剂吐温-80存在下,Ti(和Sn(均与三甲氧苯基荧光酮发生灵敏的显色反应,据此建立了分光光度法同时测定钢铁中钛和锡。Ti(,Sn(络合物的最大吸收波长分别为600 nm,529 nm,体系的表观摩尔吸光系数分别为8.9×104,6.4×104L.mol-1.cm-1,络合物的组成比均为1∶2。方法的线性范围对Ti(为0~600μg/L,对Sn(为0~700μg/L。方法已用于钢铁中钛和锡的测定,结果与认定值相符,RSD<2.6%。
【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of titanium and tin in steels based on the color reaction of Ti? and Sn? with trimethoxyphenlyfluorone(TMPF) as the chromogenic reagent and tween-80 as surfactant in HAc-NaAc medium at pH 2.5.The maximum absorption wavelength for Ti? and Sn? are 600 nm and 529 nm,respectively.Their apparent molar absorptivities are 8.9×10~4,6.4×10~4 L·mol~-1·cm~-1,respectively.The linear range of the method is 0-600 μg/L for Ti? and 0-700 μg/L for Sn?.It has been used to the determination of the titanium and tin in the steel samples with RSD<2.6%.
