6-溴-2-苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯与铜的显色反应及其应用

【摘要】 研究了铜与6-溴-2-苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯(BBTDAA)的显色反应。结果表明,在表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.2的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲介质中,铜(与BBTDAA形成1∶4红色络合物,络合物最大吸收波长为532 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.68×105L.mol-1.cm-1,25 mL溶液中铜(量在0~10μg范围内遵循比尔定律。拟定的方法已用于铝合金中铜的测定,结果与认定值基本一致。

【Abstract】 The color reaction of 6-bromo-2-benzothiazolyl diazoaminoazobenzene(BBTDAA) with Cu? was studied.In the presence of TritonX-100,the reagent with Cu? reacts to form a stable red complex with molar ratio of 1∶4 in pH 10.2 of Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution.The maximum absorption of the complex is located at 532 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.68×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-10 μg/25 mL for copper?.The copper content in aluminium alloy has been determined by this method.The results compare favourably with the certified values.
