【摘要】 目的探讨重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨粉粹性骨折的临床疗效。方法将71例锁骨粉粹性骨折患者随机分成两组,治疗组32例选择重建钢板内固定治疗,对照组39例采用克氏针、斯氏针或张力带钢丝内固定治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果重建钢板治疗的32例优良率达93.75%,无并发症;而对照组优良率只有71.79%。两组比较差异有显著性意义(χ2=5.66,P<0.05)。结论重建钢板治疗锁骨粉粹性骨折,复位好,固定稳,有利于病人早期进行肩关节功能锻炼,是一种可靠的治疗方法,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the curative effect of reconstruction plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicular splintered fractures. [Methods] The 71 cases were randomly divided into two groups.32 cases of clavicular splintered fractures were treated with reconstruction plate internal fixation and 39 cases with Kirschner wire and Steinmann pin and tension band wiring fixation. Compared the curative effect in the treatment of clavicular splintered fractures. [Results] All the cases were followed up from 6 months to 18 months. In the reconstruction plate internal fixation group, the good rate was 93.75%; then in the control group, the good rate was 71.79%. The difference between the two groups was significant on the chi-square test (χ2=5.66, P <0.05). [Conclusion] The treatment of clavicular fractures with reconstruction plates has satisfactory results with good replacement and firm fixation of shoulder joints. It helps the patients to practise early exercises of shoulder joints.更多还原
