【摘要】 [背景]探讨手术加间质化学疗法治疗口腔鳞状细胞癌的疗效.[病例报告]对21例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者行手术及间质化学疗法,术前或术中向原发灶及其周围组织内植入植入用缓释5-氟尿嘧啶100~300 mg,随访6~30个月,观察肿瘤复发率.21例患者中6个月内复发者为1例,12个月内复发者为2例;均未发生明显的化学疗法不良反应.[讨论]间质化学疗法可提高局部组织内的药物浓度和作用时间,从而提高疗效.更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUNDTo investigate the therapeutic effects of surgical excision combined with interstitial chemotherapy on oral squamous cell carcinoma.CASE REPORTSThe surgical excision combined with interstitial chemotherapy was given on 21 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma.The dose of 100～300mg 5-FU were implanted before or during operation in the tumor bed and peripheral tissue,and the patients were followed up for 6～30 months,and At 6,12 months after treatment,the recurrent case were 1,2,respectively.All the patients had no apparent side-effects of chemotherapy.DISCUSSIONSurgical excision combined with interstitial chemotherapy can improve the treatment result of oral squamous cell carcinoma by increasing concentration and active time of the drug in local tissue.更多还原
