【Abstract】 The gambling crime has affected social stability and order profoundly.Though the government has banned it gravely by laws,the gambling develops more and more seriously.The popularity of gambling has become a general social suffering.Why do activities of gambling crime occur continuously? One of the deepest reasons is that the laws for banning gambling in our country cannot be suitable for the new situation,and cannot satisfy the objective requirement clearly.Therefore,some contents of laws have to be added up and revised.更多还原
