PCS颗粒测量技术中数字相关器的研究

【摘要】 介绍光子相关光谱法的基本原理,讨论了数字相关器的内部结构,最后提出一种实现数字相关器的新方法。该方法计算精度较高,系统实现灵活,满足对光子相关光谱法中相关函数计算的高精度、实时性的要求。

【Abstract】 The principle of PCS is intraduced.The construct of digital correlator is described.A new method to realize the digital correlator is presented.With the consistent theory base,high precision and flexible realization,the technology will be applied to calculate the correlation function in PCS.
