精益方法和6西格玛管理法的整合研究

【摘要】 通过对精益方法和6西格玛管理法的对比分析,指出这两种方法各自的优势与不足,剖析了二者整合的优势。在此基础上,挖掘出精益方法和6西格玛管理法的整合路线,给出实施精益6西格玛的流程、步骤及各个阶段的工具。

【Abstract】 The advantages and disadvantages between lean production and Six Sigma management by comparison,illustrates the advantages of their combination.Based on the knowledge of lean and Six Sigma,it digs the integrated route of lean and Six Sigma.For the complex problems,the procedure of DMAICⅡ and its detail steps,tools in each stage are put forward.
