【Abstract】 T wave alternans(TWA) is a marker of cardiac electrical instability with the potential for ventricular arrhythmia risk stratification among the high vulnerable patients and is considered as human and animals mark leading to ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation.TWA is a significance predictor for malignant ventricular arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death.The article presents mechanism,ways and means,condition of research,clinical indications and significance,merits and shortcomings about the TWA according to medical literature.更多还原
