【摘要】 农民的收入问题一直是党和政府所关心的问题,农民纯收入由工资性收入、家庭经营性收入、转移和财产收入三部分组成,其中主要贡献是工资性收入和家庭经营性收入。它们的变化趋势直接影响到农民纯收入的变化趋势。农民人均纯收入增长率的变化总趋势是上升的,但上升速度较慢,主要原因有两个。湖南作为一个农业大省,农民的收入问题的确具有一定代表性,决策部门理应予以重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Both the Party and governments have always considered the farmers’ income issue.The net income of farmers is composed of wage income,family’s business income,and transfer and possession income,among which the first two have great weighted in a family’s income and had a direct impact over the change of farmers’ net income.The farmers’ average net income tends to increase but at a slow speed,which results from two reasons.Being a bid agricultural province,the farmers’ income is typical,which the decision-making departments in Hunan Province should attach much attention to.更多还原
