基于三维CT数据的放射治疗剂量计算
Dose Calculation of Radiotherapy Based on 3D CT Data
【摘要】 研究和实现了一种基于医学序列CT图像的放射治疗蒙特卡罗剂量计算方法。通过改写蒙特卡罗剂量计算软件DPM(doseplanningmethod),使其具有处理三维CT图像数据的能力,其中CT值的组织物理参数标定采用一种新的神经网络的简化方法,并得到了可视化的剂量计算结果。探索了在实际临床肿瘤放疗计划中用DPM进行精确快速剂量计算的路径。实验结果证明了算法的正确性、有效性,对于提高放射治疗水平和精确放疗的后续研究具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 A Monte Carlo dose calculation method of radiotherapy was introduced based on CT image using DPM (dose planning method). DPM was rewritten based on Monte Carlo method to calculate dose for real patient CT data. A new fast algorithm was proposed for CT number to mass density calibration by employing neural networks. Dose calculation visualization results are shown by 2D and 3D curves. It is a hopeful research project. This way permits us to obtain quick and accurate results and get evident visible results. The results show that this method is correct and effective and is capable of enhancing the level of radiotherapy.
