【摘要】 对87份云南糯玉米资源的淀粉含量进行了研究。结果显示:①87份云南糯玉米地方品种的籽粒粗淀粉含量在63.08%~76.06%,变异系数为3.93%。其中,有8个糯玉米品种的籽粒粗淀粉含量大于70%,230455的籽粒淀粉含量为76.06%,属高淀粉玉米。②参试品种的支链淀粉和直链淀粉含量与粒色的相关系数分别为r=-0.680**和r=0.680**,呈极显著相关;与来源地的海拔(r=0.218*和r=-0.218*)、相对湿度(r=-0.237*和r=0.237*)、纬度(r=0.231*和r=-0.231*)呈显著相关。根据研究结果对高淀粉含量的云南糯玉米的利用方法和支链淀粉含量的基因调控机制进行了初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the gross starch contents of 87 accessions waxy corn landrace in Yunnan were studied.The results as follows:(i)the gross starch content of grainrange 63.08 %-76.06 % in the varieties tested,and their c.v.%(coefficient of variation)was 3.93 %,of 8 accessions waxy corn varieties were more than 70 %,and the excellent variety 230455 with gross starch content was 76.06 %.(ii) As the content of amylose,there were extreme correlations between the content of amylopectin and grain color of varieties in treatment.And their coefficients of correlation were 0.680~** and-0.680~**,respectively.The coefficients of correlation between the content of amylopectin and original altitude was 0.218~*,and original mean relative humidity was-0.237~*,latitude was 0.231~*.Similarly,the coefficients of correlation between the content of amylose and the original altitude was-0.218~*,and mean relative humidity was-0.237~*,latitude was-0.231~*.Some utilizable ways of Yunnan waxy corn variety with higher starch content,and the mechanism of control gene about content of amylopectin in waxy corn were discussed.更多还原
