【摘要】 目的研究凋亡抑制因子survivin在急性白血病(AL)和骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法以23例初发的AL患者和27例初发的MDS患者为研究对象,10名健康成年人为对照。应用RT-PCR的方法检测survivin mRNA的表达。结果AL患者survivin mRNA的表达阳性率为78.26%,在MDS患者中的表达率为74%,均明显高于对照组。结论survivin广泛表达于AL患者和MDS患者,提示其过度表达与AL及MDS有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of apoptosis protein inhibitor,survivin,in acute leukemia(AL) and myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS),and to explore its clinical significance.Methods By using reverse transcripase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) technique,mRNA expression of survivin were detected in 23 AL and 27 MDS patients and 10 controls.Results The positive expression rates of survivin in AL and MDS patients were 78.26% and 74%,respectively.They were significantly higher than that in controls.Conclusion Survivin gene is highly expressed in AL and MDS patients.It hints the overexpression of surviving is correlated to AL and MDS.更多还原
