【摘要】 运用SPSS软件对“家庭干预对医患关系的影响”的调查结果处理分析发现,我国传统的家庭文化观念对医患关系有着极其显著的影响。多数人有病就医、选择医疗机构、处理医患关系时需要家属陪伴或参考家属意见;家属对医务人员的信任程度直接影响着患者的心理,部分患者在疗效不理想时更相信家属的解释。积极的家庭干预有助于增强患者对医务人员的信任、稳定患者的情绪,消极的家庭干预可能诱发患者对医务人员的不满和怀疑。和谐医患关系的构建需要积极的家庭干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analyzing the research about the influence of family intervention to doctor-patient relation by using SPSS software,we can relize that Chinese traditional family sense has obviously influenced doctor-patient relation.Most of people need their family to provide company or advice,when they have to see doctors,choose medical treatment place or deal with doctor-patient relation;Family’ s trust for medical people can directly influence patients’ mentality;several patients even believe in the relations’ explaination in tervention from family can help to strengthen patients’s trust for medical personnel and to reassure patients.But negative intervention may cause patients’ dissatisfy and doubt.About all,energetic intervention from family is necessory to construct harmonious doctor-patient relation.更多还原
