【Abstract】 The teacher evaluation is the present or latent valuation of the teacher’s work.It is vigorous when it satis- ties with the social and teacher’s need.Our country has put forward establishing developing teacher evaluation to serve teacher’s professional development and promote the curriculum reform.This is the inevitable need.Through observation, interviews and so on,we found there is a big gap between the practical teacher evaluation and our need,we must take measures to solve this problem.更多还原
