【摘要】 [目的]加深对侧裂区胶质瘤相关手术解剖的了解,并探讨其手术技巧。[方法]回顾分析28例侧裂区胶质瘤的临床资料。所有病例均采用显微手术,在保护重要结构的前提下最大限度地切除肿瘤。[结果]肿瘤全切19例,次全切9例。无手术病例死亡。[结论]熟悉侧裂区的局部解剖和熟练掌握显微神经外科技术是手术成功的关键。术中对大脑中动脉的分支和伴行的大脑中静脉的主干以及重要功能区的保护,能够提高侧裂区胶质瘤的手术治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose]To intensively understand surgical anatomy and operation technique relative to treatment of the lateral fissure gliomas [Methods] The clinical data of 28 patients with the lateral fissure gliomas were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients underwent craniotomy under an operating microscope,and the tumors were removed as extensive as possible with minimal injury to the neighbouring structures.[Results] Of 28 patients with the lateral fissure gliomas,19 cases received total resection,9 cases received subtotal resection.No patients died from the operation.[Conclusion] Understanding the anatomy of the lateral fissure area and holding microneurosurgical techniques are the key to successful surgery for the lateral fissure gliomas.The curative effect of surgery on the lateral fissure gliomas can be improved by preservation of the main branches of middle cerebral artery,the trunk of middle cerebral vein and the important brain functional areas.更多还原
