有机电致发光与有机半导体的发展
Development of Organic Electoluminescence and Organic Semiconductors
【摘要】 有机电致发光的迅速发展也推动了有机半导体的发展本文在比较了有机半导体和无机半导体的主要特征的基础上,分别介绍了有机半导体的主要领域包括有机电致发光、有机光导、有机太阳电池、有机薄膜晶体管等的发展。
【Abstract】 The progress of organic semiconductors has been promoted by the rapid development of organic light emitting devices. In this paper the progress of main fields of organic semiconductor is introduced, including the fields of organic light emitting devices, organic photoconductors, organic solar cells and organic thin film transistors.
