【摘要】 目的:分析造成颅脑外伤患者死亡原因,为提高颅脑外伤患者治疗效果提供依据。方法:对188例颅脑外伤患者的死亡原因作回顾性分析。结果:车祸伤、坠跌伤是造成颅脑损伤的最常见原因。死于中枢性呼吸循环衰竭152例,多器官功能衰竭20例,肺部感染8例,颅底骨折口鼻大出血4例,急性肺水肿4例。结论:尽早解除脑部病变,保持呼吸道通畅,积极处理并发症,选择适当的手术指征,可提高颅脑外伤患者的生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the major causes of death in traumatic brain injured patients.Methods:Retrospective data from 188 fatal tranmatic brain injured patients were analyzed.Results:Motor vehicle accidents,fall and height dropping were the most frequent causes of traumatic Brain injury(TBI).152 cases died of cerebral hernia,20 died of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS),8 died of respiratoy complications,4 died of mouth and nose bleeding,4 died of acute wet lung.Conclusion:Cerebral traucma should be treated as soon as possible,the respiratory tract should be keeped unobstructed,complications should be managed promptly,treatment methods should be correctly choosen.All of these above could improve the survival rate.更多还原
