青海省科技信息资源保障体系的对策研究

【摘要】 本文按照创新的思路,围绕青海省科技信息资源保障体系建设问题,分别从本省科技信息资源系统存在的问题、建设原则以及资源保障体系结构等进行了论述。

【Abstract】 In term of innovation and focuses on the construction of technical information resources protection system,this paper discusses the existing problems,construction principles and structure of resources protection system.
