急性有机磷中毒反跳原因分析及对策

【摘要】 目的探讨急性有机磷中毒引起反跳的原因及护理对策。方法回顾性分析19例急性有机磷中毒引起反跳的资料,认为反跳发生与有机磷农药清除不彻底、农药种类、就诊时间、中毒程度、中毒后过早进食、解毒剂减量或停药时间过快及对反跳先兆症状观察不到位有关。结果治愈16例,未愈2例,死亡1例。结论通过熟练掌握急救技术,合理使用阿托品,加强病情观察,做好基础护理等护理措施,能及时发现反跳先兆症状,从而提高抢救成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reasons and countermeasures about withdrawal reaction in acute organophosphorus intoxication. Methods The data of nineteen cases of withdrawal reaction in acute organophosphorus intoxication were retrospectively analyzed. Results Sixteen patients were cured. Two patients were not cured and one died. Withdrawal reaction was related to incomplete clearance of organophosphorus pesticide, the kinds of organphosphorus pesticide, examination time, toxicosis degree, early intake of food, early reduction or ceasing of alexipharmic and neglect of the premonitory symptom of withdrawal reaction. Conclusion With skillful first-aid techniques, reasonable use of atropine, and careful observation of patients’ condition, the premonitory symptom of withdrawal reaction can be detected early and consequently rescue rate can be increased.更多还原
