【摘要】 目的:概述参苓白术搽剂与色素增加性皮肤病治疗的相互关系及研究进展,了解参苓白术搽剂的治疗机制。资料来源:检索Medline2000-01/2006-06与色素增加性皮肤病及其治疗相关的文章,检索词“hyperpigmentationdisorders,tyrosinase,treatment”,并限定文章语言种类为英语。检索维普中文期刊全文数据库1995-01/2006-03与参苓白术和色素增加性皮肤病相关的文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“参苓白术散,酪氨酸酶,色素增加性皮肤病”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取包括处理组和对照组的文献,筛除明显不随机的研究,对剩余的文献开始查找全文。纳入标准为①随机对照研究。②实验或临床研究包含平行对照组。③处理组为参苓白术搽剂组。排除标准:重复性研究和综述类文章。资料提炼:共收集到100篇关于色素增加性皮肤病治疗和参苓白术散中数味中药的随机和未随机研究文章,18个实验或临床研究符合纳入标准。排除的82篇文章中75篇为未随机研究或重复性研究,7篇为综述类文章。资料综合:18个试验包括约58例患者和98只实验动物,证实了参苓白术搽剂中数味中药对酪氨酸酶有抑制作用,能抗紫外线,防止色素斑形成。副作用少、治疗作用好,使用安全、价廉易得,适宜长期应用。结论:参苓白术搽剂中数味中药对酪氨酸酶有抑制作用,能抗紫外线,防止色素斑形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To sum up the relationship between shenling baizhu linimentum and hyperpigmentation disorders’ remedy as well as the progress of study in order to find out curative mechanism of shenling baizhu linimentum.DATA SOURCES: The Medline database was undertaken to identify the articles of hyperpigmentation disorders and its remedy published from January 2000 to June 2006 with the of "hyperpigmentation disorders, tyrosinase,treatment" in English. The Vip database was researched for articles of shenling baizhu linimentum and hyperpigmentation disorders published from January 1995 to March 2006 in Chinese with the key words of "shenling baizhu linimentum, tyrosinase, hyperpigmentation disorders". STUDY SELECTION: The data were selected firstly, and articles contained disposal group and control group were collected. Articles of apparently non-randomized research were excluded, and the full-text of other literatures were looked up. Inclusive criteria were ① randomized control research, ②experimental or clinical studies with paralleled control group, and ③shenling baizhu liniment group as disposal group. Exclusive criterion: repeated research or review article.DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 100 randomised or non-randomised articles of hyperpigmentation disorder remedy and shenling baizhu liniment several Chinese traditional medicines were collected, and 18 experimental or clinical researches were accorded with the inclusive criteria. Of the 82 excluded articles, 75 were non-randomised research or repetitive research and 7 were reviews. DATA SYNTHESIS: The 18 experiments that included 58 patients and 98 experimental animals confirmed several Chinese traditional medicines in shenling baizhu liniment had inhibition for tyrosinase and the ability anti-ultraviolet ray, prevent from formation of hyperpigmentation as well as had good therapeutical effect, safe usage, with little side effect, low price, which were suitable to be applied in a long term. CONCLUSION: Several Chinese traditional medicines in shenling baizhu liniment has inhibition for tyrosinase and the ability of anti-ultraviolet ray, prevent from formation of hyperpigmentation.更多还原
