补糖对运动能力的影响
Effect of sugar supplement on exercise performance
【摘要】 目的:总结糖在能量代谢中的作用以及补糖对运动能力的影响。资料来源:应用网络http://www.chkd.cnki.net/index.htm/,http://www.highwire.org/,检索1994/2006有关糖与运动相关的论文。英文检索词:Exercise;Sugar;Exerciseability,中文检索词:糖;运动;运动能力。另外手工查找糖与运动有关的的资料和书籍。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取与糖和运动相关的文章作为研究对象。所选择的文献为研究原著,排除重复研究。资料提炼:共收集到168篇糖与运动的文章,在选择、分析的基础上,排除重复或类似研究,最终提炼出19篇文献进行分类整理用于综述。资料综合:糖在能量代谢中占主导地位。在进行大强度的耐力性运动项目中,补充糖对运动成绩的提高有积极的作用。文章主要论述了糖在能量代谢中的作用和在运动前、运动后及运动中的不同阶段补充糖的作用。旨在促进体育科学工作者对糖了解、研究和应用。结论:在运动的各个阶段,糖的补充对运动过程的能量产生和能量控制起到了积极的作用,因此,必须要用科学的方法来掌握和运用糖的补充。积极的发挥运动员的潜能,提高运动成绩。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To summarize the effect of sugar in energy metabolism and effect of sugar supplement on exercise performance. DATA SOURCES: Networks http://www.chkd.cnki.net/index.htm/ and http://www.highwire.org/ were searched for papers about exercise and sugar published from 1994 to 2006 with the Keywords of "Exercise; Sugar; Exercise ability" in English and Chinese. Moreover, manual search was performed for materials and books on exercise and sugar. STUDY SELECTION: The data were selected firstly, and those about sugar and exercise were selected as subjects. The original articles were included and repetitive articles were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 168 articles on exercise and sugar were collected. On the basis of selection and analysis, the repetitive or similar researches were removed. Finally, 19 literatures were collected and used in review after classification and arrangement. DATA SYNTHESIS: Sugar is dominant in energy metabolism. Sugar supplement during high intensity endurance exercise can positively improve the exercise performance. In this article, we mostly discuss the effect of sugar in energy metabolism and effect of sugar supplement before, during and after exercise, so as to promote the better understanding, research and application of sugar for the sports workers. CONCLUSION: In each stage of exercise, the sugar supplement has a positive function to produce and control the energy. Therefore, it is essential to scientifically grasp and make use of sugar supplement to activate the athlete’s potential and improve the exercise performance.
