评标专家语音通知系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 利用电话语音卡,设计并实现了评标专家语音通知系统,减轻了工作人员的负担,减少了评标专家名单泄密的可能性,从而保证了招投标活动的公正性。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the design and implementation of a expert voice notification system based on the telephone phonic card. The system can ease the burden of workers, reduce the possibility of divulgence, and guarantee justness of tenders and bids.
