燃油喷射系统等压出油阀偶件可靠性研究
Reliability Study of Constant Pressure Delivery Valve in Fuel Injection System
【摘要】 以PW 2000喷油泵等压出油阀偶件为例,通过零件可靠性设计与工艺改进、参数优化计算与试验分析,研究高喷射压力强化条件下等压出油阀偶件可靠性质量的设计改进与提高。研究表明,根据燃油喷射系统喷油泵实际强化程度与性能要求,通过设计与制造工艺的改进如合理调整回油阀开启压力、回油阀座座面角度,控制回油阀升程、优化回油阀弹簧及其上下座细节性设计、零件表面粗糙度的提高等方法,可以大幅度地提高和改进等压出油阀偶件可靠性质量。
【Abstract】 With the example of constant pressure delivery valve in PW2000 pump of Weifu Group Company,by components reliability design,manufacturing processes improvement,parameters optimizing calculation and detailed analysis,the reliability quality research,design and improvement for this valve under high injection pressure and intensified condition were carried out.Results show that,according to the actual intensity level of fuel injection system and performance requirements,throgh redesign and manufacturing processes modification,such as regulation of opening pressure of fuel returning valve,the seat angle of the fuel returning valve holder,the lift control of the fuel returning valve, the parameter optimization of the spring,carefully design of the up-seat and bowl-seat,improvement of the surface roughness and so on,the reliability quality of the constant delivery valve can be greatly improved.
