【摘要】 邵阳市在湘西南地区中区位优势明显,其开发战略定位是湘西南地区发展首当其冲的关键。本文就此运用区域分析的有关理论和方法,对邵阳市拥有的区位优势、资源优势以及工农业发展现状和现阶段的经济局势进行分析,提出了在邵阳地区适时实施“地区弹性政策”、“集聚-辐射”等发展战略,以及以邵阳市和武冈市作为区域经济重点发展的极核,重点发展重工业、生物科技和旅游等行业的计划,以此来实现邵阳地区经济的腾飞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shaoyang has important position among Hunan southwest, so its development strategy and reservation becomes the key to develop the southwest of Hunan too. This text uses relevant theories and methods about the area to analyze the advantages of position, resource, along with the current situation and the present stage situation of industry and agriculture, propose to implement developmental strategy, such as " regional flexible policy", " gathering and radiating ",etc. Shaoyang and Wugang, as the regional economic core, priority should be given to the heavy industry, biotechnology, travel and so on, in order to realize the rapid development of regional economy of Shaoyang, and to mould the new brilliance of Shaoyang.更多还原
