【摘要】 近年来,我国建筑业发展很快,工程款拖欠现象愈演愈烈,工程款拖欠已成为一大顽疾,不仅影响了建筑行业的正常发展,同时也给社会经济带来负面影响,严重损害了农民工的切身利益,直接影响到社会的稳定与安全,重点分析了拖欠工程款的危害,同时给出一些解决的办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The growth of building industry in our country has been rapid in recent years.The phenomena of default of project funds grow in intensity.This default has become one main persistent ailment.It has hold up the normal growth of building industry,as well as brought negative influences to society and economy,badly damaged the immediate interests of farmer labourers,and affected social stability and safety.In this paper the harms of defaulting project funds are emphatically analyzed and some solvents are given.更多还原
