【摘要】 2004-01~2005-06,从陕西榆林、宝鸡、西安、渭南、汉中、商洛、安康等7个地区的猪场采集不同日龄猪血清样品237份,用间接EL ISA方法进行猪圆环病毒2型(PCV 2)感染的血清抗体检测,并用阻断EL ISA方法对部分血清样品进行了猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)gE基因蛋白的抗体检测。结果表明,未断奶仔猪PCV 2血清抗体阳性率为0%(0/40),断奶仔猪为28.6%(2/7),肥育猪为43.7%(31/71),种公猪为7.7%(1/13),后备母猪为15.6%(7/45),经产母猪为60.4%(29/48),临床上有多系统衰竭综合征(PMW S)疑似症状的13头断奶仔猪的阳性率为61.5%(8/13),237份血清的总阳性率为32.9%(78/237);PCV 2与PRV混合感染率为21.7%(5/23)。更多还原

【Abstract】 During January 2004 to June 2005,237 serum specimens were sampled from various pig herds in Yulin,Baoji,Xi’an Weinan,Hanzhong,Shangluo and Ankang of Shaanxi province to detect the antibody against Porcine Circovirus type 2(PCV2) by means of indirect ELISA,and some serum specimens were detected for the antibody against Porcine Pseudorabies(PRV)gE protein by means of Blocking ELISA.The results showed that the PCV2 antibody positive rate of unweaned piglets,postweaning piglets,hogs,service boar,replacememt gilts,sows were 0(0/40),28.6%(2/7),43.7%(31/71),7.7%(1/13),(15.6%)(7/45),60.4%(29/48) respectively;13 pigs showing PMWS-like clinical appearances were examined,the positive detectable rate was 61.5%(8/13),the total positive detectable rate reached 32.9%((78/237));the result showed the co-infection rate of PRV and PCV2 reached 21.7%(5/23).更多还原
