【摘要】 对72只艾维茵种鸡卵巢和输卵管进行了解剖与组织学观察,并分析了生殖器官发育与体重、第二性征的关系。结果表明:卵巢在15周龄前发育缓慢,17~21周龄发育较快,输卵管在21周龄前发育较慢,卵巢和输卵管的快速发育均在23周龄以后。生殖器官的发育与第二性征相关性强,种母鸡一般在眼睑发红后2~4周开产;冠尖数在7个以上的鸡,性成熟大多推迟。生殖器官的发育与体重增长相关显著,但并非同步变化。肉种鸡性成熟调控只有把体重、第二性征与生殖器官的发育结合起来,方能达到理想的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anatomical and histological character of reprodutive organs of 72 Avine breeder hens were studied.The result indicated:the development of Avine hens of reproductive organs was unbalanced from 11 wk to 28 wk.There were strong correlativity among the ovarium,the height of comb,the height of wattle and the thickness of comb.Reproductive organs and body weight had strong correlativity,but their development was not synchronous.更多还原
