【摘要】 将16只藏系绵羊随机分成4组,分别为试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ、试验组Ⅲ和对照组,每天以10 g/kg.BW的量饲喂黄花棘豆干草粉,试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ每只羊分别投服“疯草灵缓释丸”1丸、2丸和3丸,对照组不投服。每天观察临床症状,出现棘豆中毒症状后停止饲喂黄花棘豆干草粉,试验前及试验期间每7 d采血1次,做血清酶学和血清生化指标检验。结果表明:对照组16~21天出现棘豆中毒症状,试验组出现症状的时间分别为:试验组Ⅰ33~48天、试验组Ⅱ75~77天、试验组Ⅲ75~77天;血清α-甘露糖苷酶活性测定结果,试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ第14天前与对照组比较差异不显著(P<0.05),从第14天开始与对照组比较升高差异显著(P<0.05);天门冬酸氨基转移酶活性测定结果,试验组Ⅰ从第14天开始与对照组比较下降,试验组Ⅱ和试验组Ⅲ从第7天开始与对照组比较下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixteen sheep were randomly divided into four groups,treatⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and control group and were fed on Oxytropis ochrocephala dry hay power at dosage of 10 g/kg·BW daily.Three test groups were separately sent "Fengcaoling slow release pill" at dosage of one pill,two pills and three pills per sheep,the control group was not sent.Blood samples were collected before and on the experimental day per seven days for examining serology enzymology and biochemical indexes,stopping feed Oxytropis ochrocephala dry hay power when finding the clinical poisoning signs.The results showed that the clinical poisoning signs occurred in the 16th～21th day for the control group,those separately occurred in the 33th～48th day for the experimental group Ⅰ,75th～77th day for the experimental group Ⅱ and 75th～77th day for the experimental group Ⅲ.Results of serum α-mannosidase test showed that the activity increased significantly(P<0.05) for the experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ in contrast to the control group from the 14th day.In contrast to the control group,the activity of serum aspartate aminotransferase fell down significantly(P<0.05) for the experimental group Ⅰ from the 14th day and for the experimental group Ⅱ,Ⅲ from the 7th day.更多还原
