【Abstract】 Advances in the research of apple pomance were reviewed from the aspects of chemical constituents and bioactivities.Many products could be developed from apple pomance,such as dietary fiber,feedstuff,pectin,citric acid,apple brandy and enzyme preparations.However,systematic and thorough reseach is still needed in this field,high value-added products are urgently needed to be developed.更多还原
