【摘要】 本文从昆虫源蛋白质、壳聚糖、脂肪酸和维生素等方面,综合论述了可开发昆虫的种类、昆虫体营养成分及含量、及昆虫在动物营养和饲料业中的应用研究现状和前景。

【Abstract】 Advances and perspectives in the application of insect proteins,chitosans,fatty acids and vitamins to animal nutrition and feeds were reviewed from the aspects of insect species,constituents and contents of the nutrients.
