【摘要】 对东方百合‘西伯利亚’(Siberia)、亚洲百合‘波利安娜’(Pollyanna)和麝香百合‘雪皇后’(Snow Queen)进行了核型分析和比较,结果如下:‘西伯利亚’核型公式为2n=2x=24=4m+10st+10 t,核型为3B型;‘波利安娜’核型公式为2n=2x=24=4m(4SAT)+8st+12 t,核型为3A型;‘雪皇后’核型公式为2n=2x=24=4sm(2SAT)+10st+10 t,核型为3B型。其中‘西伯利亚’和‘雪皇后’的核型不对称程度较之‘波利安娜’要高,三者的主要差异在于第1、2对染色体上次缢痕的位置和数目不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 The karyotypes of Oriental lily ’Siberia’,Asiatic lily ’Pollyanna’ and Longiflorum lily ’Snow Queen’ were studied in this paper.The results were as follows:karyotype formula of’Siberia’:2n=2x=24=4m+10st+10t,karyotype:3B;’Pollyanna’ :2n=2x=24=4m(4SAT)+8st+12t,karyotype:3A;karyotype formula of’Snow Queen’ 2n=2x=24=4sm(2SAT)+10st+10t,karyotype: 3B.The karyotypes of ’Siberia’ and ’Snow Queen’ were found to be more anisomerous than ’Pollyanna’.The three cultivars were mainly different in the number and distribution of secondary constitution on the first and second chromosome.更多还原
