【摘要】 目的分析1985—2002年陕西省的城镇恩格尔系数和农村恩格系数的变化,以及陕西省内部生活水平发展差异情况,为政府决策部门制订区域经济发展政策提供理论参考依据。方法利用2001年统计数据对陕西省10地市进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明时间上陕西省恩格尔系数在波动中下降,两系数差距呈现“缩小-扩大-缩小”的变化趋势;空间上居民生活水平差距较大,两极分化明显。结论以增长极为中心加快城镇化步伐和西安咸阳都市圈的形成;加大南北两侧基础设施建设的同时,提高教育投资和医疗保障;进行农业产业化的同时,加大生态环境保护实施可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To analyze and provide the theory basis for regional economy development policy,according to the evolution of Shaanxi town and village Engel coefficient and the difference of spatial living standard.Methods Analyze the 10 cities in Shaanxi on 2001 statistic data,with the principal component method and the cluster approach.Results From the aspect of time,the Engel coefficient descended in fluctuation,and the distance of the two coefficient showed the "reduction-enlargement-reduction" trend.Spatially,the difference was significant,and the polarization was serious.Conclusion Therefore,we must promote the urbanization and construct the Xi′an-Xianyang metropolitan region on the core of the development pole,pay more attention to the construction of infrastructures in southern and northern region of Shaanxi,and increase the education investment and medical care standard.Meanwhile,carrying on the industrialization of agriculture,we should protect environment effectively in order to realize the sustainable development.更多还原
