肿瘤基因治疗载体在临床应用中的问题和研究进展

【摘要】 构建安全、有效、可控的载体为肿瘤基因治疗的瓶颈。肿瘤基因治疗载体分为病毒性载体和非病毒性载体。肿瘤基因治疗载体在临床应用中尚存在许多问题,目前的趋势集中于安全性、高效性、靶向特异性和多功能基因联合研究。

【Abstract】 It is critical to construct safe,efficient and controllable vectors in gene therapy of tumor.The vectors available include viral and non-viral vectors.However,there are numerous problems to be solved.The current progresses focus on studies of safety,high efficiency and combination of multifunctional gene.
