【摘要】 十六大以来,党和国家对我国创新能力的重视达到了前所未有的程度,这是由创新能力的极端重要性决定的。将我国建设成为创新型国家的战略决定,是在分析了国际国内形势,根据时代精神的客观要求作出的。为了提高我国高校的创新能力,必须加强基础理论研究,有效提高集成研究能力,走产学研相结合的道路,提高科技成果产业化进程的同时,深化高校教育教学体制改革,提高学生的创新能力和实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese Communist Party and central government have attached importance to national innovative ability to unprecedented extent since the 16^th Congress of CPC,which is decided by the vital importance of innovative ability to a nation.A strategic decision to establish China as an innovative country is made according to national and international situations and the spirit of the time.In order to improve the innovative ability of colleges and universities in China,we must strengthen the research on basic theories;improve effectively the integrated research ability,take the road combining industry,learning,and research,improve the course of industrialization of sci-tech results,deepen the reform of educational system of higher schools,and improve students’ innovative ability and practical ability.更多还原
