【Abstract】 With adoption of institutional economics,this paper analyzes the governance functions of the(China) Football Association.The result showes that the roles played by the China Football Association are wrong and its members were not able to restrict its power.The relationships between the China Football Association and its members are abnormal,which has restricted the efficiency of the management system.Therefore,the China Football Association should administer football independently.The professional football should be operated independently by the China Premier Football Company.The relationships between the China Football Association and the government should be adjusted.更多还原
