【Abstract】 Because more and more overseas Chinese ask Chinese Government to recognize the dual nationality,this issue has been keenly argued in China.From the perspective of law theory and practice,this article indicates, according to the latest development of dual nationality,that it’s inevitable for the various countries to accept dual nationality in this age.Moreover,the authors also show the importance,need and feasibility of China recognizing dual nationality,and make the concerned legislation advice.更多还原
