GRB对美国公共行政伦理的影响

【摘要】 GRB行动是近十年来在全球范围内出现的公共预算领域的改革活动,它体现了女性主义运动对公共行政管理理论与实践的影响。GRB行动的实践与理论背景展现了女性主义关怀伦理对美国公共行政伦理的影响。

【Abstract】 GRB initiative is a new global public financial budget innovation during recent decade.It presents the influence of feminism to public administration theory.This paper explore the GRB initiative’s theory and practice,probe the ethic of care study in American public administration ethics.
