小样本系统可靠性评估模型的可信度验证

【摘要】 对小样本情况下可靠性模型的可信度验证进行了探讨,提出一种基于贝叶斯因子的方法来衡量小样本情况下可靠性模型的可信度;对可靠性模型为均匀分布或成败型及连续型分布情况下的贝叶斯因子计算公式进行了推导.该方法不仅可以对可靠性模型的可信度作定性分析,还可以作定量评估.用一个仿真实例说明了该方法的有效性.

【Abstract】 The confidence of a model for reliability assessment is investigated in the case of small sample. A method of Bayesian factor which can estimate the degree of confidence of model for reliability assessment is presented. The Bayesian factor computation is developed for both uniform distribution, pass/fail test and a continuous distribution. This method can be applied both to quantitative (analysis) and to qualitative analysis of the degree of confidence of model for reliability assessment. An example is given to illustrate the method’s efficiency.
