【摘要】 结合我国农村实际情况,将供应链的管理思想和技术运用到了农用物资采购与农产品销售的过程中,主要讨论了农村供应链的构建、运作、管理等问题,并将客户关系管理与并行工程的思想方法引入到了供应链中,对整条供应链的维护与效率的提高有着重要意义。

【Abstract】 The paper mainly discusses the establishment,operation and management of supply chain in the countryside,introduces the thought of customer relation management and concurrent engineering into SC.
