基于速度竞争的电力行业供应链管理

【摘要】 首先分析了我国现有电力行业供应链管理的不足,接着设计了速度竞争下的最佳电力行业供应链结构,最后给出了最优电力配送规划的数学模型。

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the disadvantages of the current power industry’s SCM in China,designs its best structure based on the speed competition and gives out the model of the best power delivery programming.
