固化条件对环氧玻璃鳞片涂层硬度的影响
Effect of Curing Procedure on Hardness of Glass-Flake-Added Epoxy Coating
【摘要】 研究了固化条件对添加玻璃鳞片的环氧胶粘涂层硬度的影响,结果表明,当玻璃鳞片的含量在20%~30%的范围下变化时,经80℃加热1 h的环氧玻璃鳞片涂层有较高的硬度;而在60℃加热1h的固化条件下,玻璃鳞片的含量对涂层的硬度无显著影响.
【Abstract】 The effect of curing condition on the hardness of glass-flake-reinforced epoxy coating is studied.The experimental results show that the higher hardness is obtained under the heating condition of 80 ℃ curing for 1 h when the addition of the glass flake varying from 20% to 30%.The percentage of addition of the glass flake has no evident effect on the coating hardness under the heating condition of 60 ℃ curing for 1 h.
