远程工作对组织设计的影响
Influence of Teleworking on Organizational Structure
【摘要】 远程工作是个人或团队在组织中进行工作的新型工作方式,远程工作将导致组织设计的重大改变。本文研究了远程工作对组织管理和组织设计变量的影响,在此基础上提出了远程工作对组织设计影响的理论框架。
【Abstract】 Teleworking,a new mode of work,will bring about huge change to organizational structure.This paper studies the influence of teleworking on organizational management and organizational structure,and then puts forward the theoretical framework of the influence.
