壳聚糖/淀粉共混微球的制备及其吸附性能
Preparation and Adsorption Properties of Chitosan/Starch Blend Microspheres
【摘要】 以甲醛和环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,用反相悬浮法制备得到壳聚糖/淀粉微球,并用扫描电镜对其进行表征,同时研究了微球对金属离子Cu2+,Pb2+的吸附性能.实验结果表明:用反相悬浮法,壳聚糖与淀粉的质量比在5∶0至5∶5间可制成形状规则、表面光滑的微球.用该微球吸附金属离子Cu2+,Pb2+,均可在6 h内达到平衡.淀粉的加入能提高微球的产率,并可在保证吸附性能的前提下降低成本.当壳聚糖与淀粉共混的质量比为5∶1时,共混微球的产率最高,达到相同吸附效果所需的原料用量最少,成本最低.
【Abstract】 Chitosan/starch blend microspheres were prepared by inverse emulsion method with formaldehyde and epichlorohydrin as crossslinkers.Their morphology was characterized with scanning election microscopy.The adsorption properties of microspheres were also examined.The results revealed that the microspheres,which have a spherical geometry and a smooth surface morphology,can be obtained when the mass ratio of chitosan and starch is between 5∶0 and 5∶5.Adsorption equilibriums of Cu2+ and Pb2+ onto the microspheres were reached in 6 h.When the mass ratio of chitosan and starch was 5∶1,the highest microsphere yield and lowest cost are earned under the premise of good adsorption capacity.
