【摘要】 通过室温拉伸试验与金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察分析,研究了不同Ni含量的铸态Be-Al合金的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,铸态Be-Al合金的组织由Be相镶嵌在Al相基体中组成,Ni主要分布在Be相中起强化作用。Ni含量对Be-Al合金的室温抗拉强度、屈服强度和洛氏硬度有较大影响,Ni含量在4%时合金的性能最佳。合金室温下的断裂是由Al相的延性断裂和Be相的解理断裂构成的混合型断裂。

【Abstract】 Microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Be-Al alloy with different Ni content have been investigated by tensile testing, OM and TEM. The results reveal that the microstructure of as-cast Be-Al alloy consists of Be phase embedded into Al phase matrix, where Ni is distributed into Be phase to strengthen the matrix alloy. Ni content has greatly affected the ambient tensile strength, yield strength and hardness. The optimized comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained by adding 4% Ni. The fracture morphology is composed of ductile rupture of Al phase and quasi-cleavage rupture of Be phase.
