【Abstract】 The actual production from ring nozzle in investment castings indicates that for complex ring thin-walled parts, initial two layer of solidified shell use sol silicate and enhanced layer adopts sodium silicate. Centrifugal casting at the pouring velocity within 300 r/min, meeting the requirements of the customer, can produce the ring nozzle with complete blade and good surface quality.更多还原
