【摘要】 企业文化在企业运行中发挥着重要的作用,为降低银行并购中的文化风险,应在并购前对双方的文化相容性进行分析,并将其作为选择并购对象的重要依据之一和并购后文化整合的基础。文章引入CBF模型对我国各类银行的文化类型作出了初步判断,在此基础上提出文化分类三角形作为判断企业文化相容性的工具,并对各类银行并购中的文化相容性特点进行了分析。更多还原
